Establishing affiliations and relationships between Senior Communities, Agencies, and service providers in both Public and Private sector to increase the range of services and care that are essential.
Community Care Administrative Group creates a partnership between the Senior and other Housing Communities, with medical care providers for the benefit of all concern.
